You pay for one thing: your hotel's digital department.

It's the website, the bookings with payment on your own gateway, and the team that keeps it running — in one place. It works like any job done right, in two stages: we build it once; we maintain it every month. A setup at the start, a monthly fee, and per-booking commission, never.

The setup

Setting this up right takes work. We do it.

Before your first guest, everything has to be running in your hotel: your booking system, your bank, your website, your content. That build is the setup — a one-time payment, at the start. It comes first on this page because it's the first thing that happens.

This is where we do the heavy lifting — so you never touch it.

Migrating your booking system, connecting your bank, moving your content and photos, leaving the website really taking payments. We do it, once, and hand it over ready. That foundation is what keeps the monthly fee light afterwards. Build once; operate every month.

01 · we connect what’s yours
Your PMS, your gateway, your domain

We leave it taking payments in production, with real money — not in a demo. You keep the tools you already use.

02 · we build your website
Your content, your photos, your languages

It all goes into the system and comes out ready for guests — not under construction, not «you fill it in later».

03 · we train your team
Front desk and management, in charge

Your people run the panel from day one. No 80-page manual and no depending on us for every change.

Your proposal carries the full number — setup and fee — before you sign. Calculated on your real hotel, not a catalogue rate. No asterisks, no «from».

The size of the setup depends on your starting point: if you arrive with website, photos and content up to date, it’s minimal; if we start from scratch, we build more. In the 30-minute demo we look at it together and give you the figure for your case — not a brochure’s.

What you're paying for, exactly

A guest's whole journey, covered.

The fee doesn't buy a feature list: it buys that every step — from someone searching for a hotel to them coming back next year — works for your hotel and not for an OTA. Told in your language; the technical name in small print.

01 · before the booking

They find you, not just Booking.

Today, searching for your hotel usually ends on an OTA. This part makes it end on your website.

A website worthy of your hotel, that opens instantly

Premium design, photos that breathe and instant loading even on airport wifi. In up to 8 languages, Arabic included.

Whoever doesn't book yet leaves their name

Today's curious visit is next month's booking — if they leave you their contact. Your website collects it without being pushy.

in tech: lead capture
02 · the booking

The booking happens at your place.

And the money lands in your account — whole, with nobody taking a slice on the way.

Your website takes bookings, it doesn't send them elsewhere

The guest picks a room, pays by card and gets their confirmation — without leaving your website and without anyone's commission.

in tech: own booking engine · direct channel

It fits what you already use

Your usual booking system and your usual bank stay. We connect to what's there; we don't force you to switch tools.

in tech: any PMS · any payment gateway
03 · day to day

Your team works less, not more.

A new system that creates work is a bad system. This one removes tasks, it doesn't add them.

The repetitive part takes care of itself

Confirmations, pre-arrival reminders, checkout instructions: everything goes out on time without anyone having to remember.

in tech: booking and checkout automations

Your whole hotel in a single panel

Bookings, guests and your own website — editable by the front desk, management or whoever you say. No user limit and no per-person cost.

in tech: back office with CRM · collaborative editor
04 · after the stay

Whoever came once comes back direct.

The second booking is the most profitable of all: you no longer have to go out and find it.

You know your guests by name

Who came, when, in what language, what they asked for. One record per guest, not a row lost in a spreadsheet.

in tech: guest CRM

Everything the guest sees carries your brand

Your hotel on the website, in the emails and in the confirmation. We are invisible.

What you get in return

Three ways to measure what it’s worth.

0 %

Commission per booking

Every booking that comes through your website is yours in full. And the fee grows with your rooms, not with your bookings: if your direct channel takes off, you don't pay more.

1

One invoice, everything included

Website, direct booking engine with payment on your gateway, guest CRM and management panel. No crippled modules, no per-seat cost and no extras inside the fee.

10-20 %

What an OTA takes

That's the band where over two thirds of basic commission rates sit, according to the European Commission's study on hotel accommodation distribution (DG COMP, 2022). That's the part that stays home when the guest books on your website.

The real alternatives

Compare us with what you'd do if we didn't exist.

No trick columns: these are the four options an independent hotel actually weighs.

This table doesn't compare market figures, it compares options. Your case is worked out in the demo with your own numbers.

«Doing nothing» isn't free: it's the commission on every booking, every month, forever. How much that is in your case you work out with your own numbers in the calculator above — we don't estimate it for you.

What everyone asks.

By your rooms, the way you'd size your staff. Up to 9 rooms is €499/mo — the full system. From the 10th to the 15th, each room adds €55/mo (a 12-room hotel pays €664/mo). From the 16th to the 30th it adds €30/mo (a 20-room hotel pays €979/mo) and, from the 31st, only €15/mo, because the system is already built and each new room is less work than the last. No jumps or trick tiers: move the slider above and see your exact fee.
It's the one-time payment at the start: the work of building the system in your hotel — migrating your PMS, connecting your bank, moving your content and photos, leaving the website really taking payments. The figure depends on your starting point: if you arrive with website, photos and content up to date, it's minimal; if we start from scratch, we build more. The full number goes in your proposal, calculated on your case, before you sign. Build once; you operate the system every month.
Because rooms measure the size of the work — more conversations, more arrivals, more content to maintain — and bookings measure your success. Charging per booking would be a commission by another name, which is exactly what we're here to remove. If your direct channel takes off, your fee doesn't move.
No. It’s the same full system — website, bookings with payment on your gateway, guest CRM and panel — for hotels of up to 9 rooms. There are no capped modules or hidden «premium plan»: an 8-room riad needs the same as a 30-room one, only its scale is smaller and so is its fee.
Because it's a flat fee that doesn't grow with your success. You pay for the size of your hotel, not for each booking: no per-booking commission, no volume cost, no per-user charge. What an OTA takes out of every booking today stays home when the guest books on your website — and that doesn't expire or go up next year.
No, no and no. Zero per-booking commission, zero volume cost, and your whole team can use the panel without paying per seat. If your direct channel grows, the benefit is entirely yours — that's precisely the point.
