Privacy
What we do with your data, plainly.
What data we collect
What you leave us in the forms (name, hotel, phone, email and whatever you tell us) and the technical data of the visit.
What for
To answer you, to show you the demo and to manage the service if you become a client. Nothing else.
On what legal basis
Your consent when you write, and the contractual relationship once we work together.
How long we keep it
As long as needed for that, and afterwards for the time invoicing laws require.
Who else handles it
The providers that make this work: hosting, email and messaging, visit analytics (which we host ourselves) and Google Fonts, which serves the typefaces and receives your IP when the page loads. If you accept marketing cookies, Meta too.
What you can ask us
To see your data, correct it, delete it, take it with you or tell us to stop using it. You ask by writing to the address in the legal notice, and you get an answer.
Cookies
The essential ones for the website to work and the measurement ones, which you accept or reject in the same notice, and rejecting is as easy as accepting.
How we protect it
The connection to the website is encrypted (HTTPS), access is limited to whoever needs it for their work, and the providers who handle it are bound by contract.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data. And we don't pass it to anyone so they can sell you something, unless you accept marketing cookies: then Meta receives identifiers from your visit. Rejecting them prevents it, and you can reject them in the same notice.
If you think we're not doing it right
Write to us first and we'll look into it. And if that still doesn't satisfy you, you can complain to the data protection authority that corresponds to your country of residence.
